Tours Booking / Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY

In order to confirm your booking, 50% advance payment needs to be made. Remaining payment has to be cleared before departure on the tour.

Payments can be made in cash, by bank transfer or through Transferwise.

Note: All the transfer charges for sending the payment have to be covered by the participants, so kindly make an adjustment for that while making the payment.

Transferwise is the quickest and easiest mode of payment for sending money in Pakistan, but it does not allow you send money in a business account. If you will be using Transferwise for making the payment, can transfer the amount in the following bank account.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case any participant needs to cancel the booking, the following cancellation charges will be applicable:

  • 2 or more months prior to departure: USD 100 deduction to cover administrative costs
  • 1 to 2 months prior to departure: 50% deduction
  • Less than 1 month prior to departure: 75% deduction
  • Less than 15 days prior to departure: 100% deduction

Note: Traveling in the COVID-era is complicated, and no one can really predict what will happen with coronavirus affecting everyone’s travel plans.

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly in times like these, so we offer the following cancellation policy for coronavirus-related issues:

  • If we cancel the trip at any time: Only USD 100 will be deducted to cover our time, transfer fees, and any vendor payments we might have made already.

If you cancel your trip due to coronavirus concerns at any time but we still run the trip: The advance deposit will not be reimbursed, but you will have the option to defer the advance payment for our other upcoming tours.
